Giving Timber a second life

Turning forgotten timber into something unique.

Every piece I build at Second Life Timber starts with a story. I take forgotten wood and give it a new purpose, crafting quirky, one-of-a-kind furniture that’s precision-built to fit your space and your style.

I truly love what I do, and I’m passionate about the process—I believe you’ll see that reflected in the character of every grain and the finish of every joint. For me, it’s about more than just building furniture; it’s about creating something with soul that brings a bit of personality into your home

"For me, it’s about seeing the beauty in the overlooked. I take wood that’s travelled a path and been forgotten, and I give it a second life. It’s about stopping good wood from going to waste and turning it into something truly beautiful for your home."

— Glen Caldwell, Founder & Craftsman, Second Life Timber
