Free Collection: You are welcome to collect your piece directly from my workshop in Anglesey by appointment.

Local Delivery: I offer personal delivery across Anglesey. Delivery fees are based on your location—just ask for a quote when we’re discussing your project.

Current Service Area: To ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, I am only serving the local Anglesey area at this time and do not offer nationwide shipping.

Custom Order & Deposits

The 50% Deposit: To start a custom project, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This secures your slot in the workshop and covers the initial costs of the build.

The Design Process: I’ll be in close contact with you before I start to make sure we’re both on the same page. We’ll agree on the vision before the first cut is made.

Final Sale: Once a custom piece is finished and delivered/collected, I do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is structurally faulty.
Ready-Made Stock Items

14-Day Window: For "Collection" items bought as-seen, you have 14 days to return the item.

Conditions: The item must be returned to the workshop in its original condition at your own expense before a refund is processed.
A Note on Character
Every piece is made from salvaged wood. Natural marks, old nail holes, and grain variations are what make the piece unique; these are character features, not faults.
